    Try Zales or Kay because they’re in you price range or go to a local jewelry store and don’t say the price you are willing to spend just that u want advice on color, clarity, carat. But if you want my opinion always go with silver when having a diamond combination cause it looks better not gold.

    There’s a good rundown I’ve found at the following site:

    At the top, there’s a link: “HOW TO BUY A BEAUTIFUL DIAMOND AT THE LOWEST COST.” They talk about color and clarity ratings there; mainly that you don’t need to go all out if you find an excellent cut. Hopefully, that means you can keep your costs down.
