He spent over an hour on the phone with me helping me figure out what to look for in Tanzanite. He is a gem cutter, so I am sure he could help you with Diamond buying.

the easiest way is just to walk into a jeweller’s and ask them to explain it to you and show you something in your budget range. No one says you have to buy anything and you get a proper explanation and acutal visual of what sort of diamond you can buy.
